Our Smash Cake sessions take place in the comfort of your home — no need to travel!
We bring everything needed for the session: professional lighting, backdrops, decorations, props, and even adorable outfit options for your baby.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience!
Personalized Celebrations
Our sessions are all about creating magical memories that reflect your unique style.
You have the freedom to choose a theme that matches your baby’s birthday party or your little one’s favorite characters.
Timing is Key
Timing is crucial when it comes to capturing those priceless moments.
We recommend scheduling your session at least 3 months before the birthday party to ensure you have stunning photos ready for your invitations and for the big day.
Also, it’s best to plan the session after your baby’s nap to make sure they’re in the best mood for all the smashing fun!
Custom Creations Take Time
Please keep in mind that crafting a personalized setup takes time and dedication.
We highly recommend booking and making your deposit at least 3 months in advance to secure your spot.
Prepare Your Baby for the Fun
To help your little one enjoy the experience even more, we suggest letting them try a small piece of cake a few days before the session.
This helps them get familiar with the texture, colors, and sweetness, making the session much more fun and comfortable.

Service Area
We proudly offer in-home Smash Cake and newborn sessions in Houston, Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and surrounding areas.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you and capture these unforgettable memories!
Delivery Timeline
- Images are typically ready within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) after the session.
- Saturday and Sunday sessions are treated as Monday sessions.
Online Proof Gallery
- You’ll receive an online proof gallery after the session. This gallery is for proofing purposes only and is not available for download.
- The online gallery will be accessible for 4 weeks, during which you can purchase prints, digital copies, canvases, or photobooks.
Digital Photos
- Digital photos are not available for download from the online gallery.
- You can purchase digital photos individually for $25 each, or the entire gallery if you prefer.
- Digital photos are high resolution and suitable for printing and sharing on social media.
Rush Editing
- For clients who need their photos before the standard processing timeline, rush editing is available for an additional fee of $50.
Family Participation
- The Cake Smash session is designed for the birthday baby. 2 Person are allow during the session
- Family members are allowed to participate in Collection 3, which includes a family session.
Tax Information
- Service fees do not include tax.
- Printed items are subject to State of Texas Tax at the applicable rate.
Cancellation and Postponement Policy
- In case of emergencies or sickness, sessions can be postponed if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. A 50% deposit will not be refundable.
- Last-minute cancellations or decisions not to proceed with the session result in a non-refundable 100% deposit.
Cellphone and Camera Usage
- Cellphones and cameras are not allowed during the session to ensure you fully experience and enjoy the celebration with your baby.
- For video memories, there is an option for professional video services for an additional fee.

Copyright Agreement
Erika Rosales Photography, has full copyright of photographs unrestricted right to use and publish videos and/or photographs on any social media; Facebook, Instagram, website/business
Payments Agreement
Deposit must be paid upon signing to hold the date and time for the session.
Balance due 2 days before the session
Schedule Agreement:
If you are late for your session, your session will be cut short by the amount of time you were late.
15 minutes late, the session will be canceled
Cancelation Policy
Deposit is not refundable. A deposit is made to secure a spot.
Nonrefundable for last minute reschedule

If you end up having a conflict with your date, we can try to move you to another date ONLY IF there are spots available.
Must call 48 hours (business day and during office hours) before the session time and date.
